From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with a welcome dinner crafted by our specialized retreat chef, where each bite of the traditional Greek dishes will evoke the rich tapestry of Greece's culinary heritage.

Rooted in our passion for genuine Greek flavours, we emphasize a nutritious, vegetarian menu. Packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and fibre, our dishes are a testament to nature's bounty and nourishment.

Every aspect of our culinary offerings, from the invigorating herbal teas to the crisp sparkling water, stands unprocessed and pure. This commitment to plant-based nourishment, when combined with our curated movement sessions and specialized retreat packages, provides a comprehensive path for guests, to rejuvenate their bodies, and cultivate a lasting sense of well-being.

Please note, flights, transfer and travel insurance are not included. The nearest airport is Kefalonia International (EFL) about 40-min by car. If you need help arranging transfers please send an email.
