Our Pilates classes take a modern approach, mindfully integrating classical Pilates exercises and creative sequences to provide a workout you’ll come back to time and time again.

Or maybe you want to discover the barre burn . . . Our Barre classes are a feel-good full-body workout that leaves you glowing. This energising and dynamic session blends elements of Pilates and ballet to provide a low-impact, full-body workout that will strengthen, sculpt and leave you glowing for the weekend. Many of the moves are based on ballet positions, but don’t let this put you off as this is very much not a dance class 

 

Movements in class are designed to target very small and very specific muscle groups. With a focus on core stability as well as toning the arms, abs, thighs and glutes, you can expect a full-body workout from every class!
