HOW IT WORKS

After your initial guidance call, we will get you set up and booked into your first class or 1:1 session. After this, you have 2 weeks to try all the classes and come as many times as you like.

After those 2 weeks, you’ll automatically roll into one of our 6-month memberships (either 2-class a week or Unlimited, depending on which intro you choose) 

Members on our private 1:1 intro month will be contacted before the month end to discuss which plan or membership will best support your needs as you continue your journey with us.

Remember, you can change the membership you continue on at any point during your first month. So if you would like a membership option with more or fewer classes we can change you over to a membership to best suit your schedule and goals.

Or you think this isn't for you, you can cancel your membership and won’t be charged anything further.

A GUIDE TO CLASSES

Brand new to Yoga & Pilates
Try Gentle Flow or our Intro to Flow Course - a great place to start if you are brand new, a chance to work through the moves slowly in a safe and supportive environment. However, all our teachers are trained to support beginners and so any Flow or Pilates session can be tweaked and tailored to your needs

A more challenging class 
Our (em)Power Yoga and (em)Power Pilates sessions will make you work a bit harder, with either a faster tempo or more challenging poses. It will take your balance and strength to the next level! 

 

Like The Heat?

Our Hot Yoga classes follow the classic 26+2 sequence in 42-degree Infrared Heat. Or our Hot Flow in a balmy 30.

Stress Relief Sessions
Try Yin or Rest. Yin is where poses are held for 3-5 minutes and work on passive flexibility. Rest is our combo of restorative yoga (the one with all the props) and mindfullness.

No Movement

Sound Bath and Meditation sessions, usually are done in a supported seat or savasana position (lying down on your back)
