Please note: Our late policy is simply: don't be late. We cannot accept late comers to class due to the shared building we have to lock the doors to the street at 2 mins to go in order for the class to start on time. Please arrive 5-10 minuets early for class, or 15 minuet early if its your first session so you can introduce yourself to the teacher. You can always grab a water or a tea whilst you wait.

Our Class Styles

The word 'yoga' is as broad as the word fitness, so we have grouped our sessions into two parts to help you find balance, without too much jargon that just leaves you feeling confused. Each teacher brings a little something different to their classes, depending on their training, knowledge and personal experience, so no two classes are the same.
